Price is the first thing people compare and the least useful. Someone is coming into your home and working on your face, so the useful comparison is about who and how, not how much.
Ask these of anyone you are considering, including us.
The eight questions
- Who exactly is coming?A name and a photo before the visit. Not "a girl will come". Ours arrive with photo ID as well, which you compare at the door.
- Is it a woman?If that matters to you, ask directly and confirm on WhatsApp.
- What products do you use, and are they new for me?Sealed products, fresh strips and spatulas, sanitised tools. A good answer names them and does not get vague.
- What is the full price, in writing?Including any visiting or travel charge. The number on WhatsApp is the number you pay.
- Is there an advance, and when is it refunded?Regular bookings should not need one. If one is asked for, the refund rule should be stated before you pay.
- What happens if I am unhappy?There should be a specific answer with a time limit, not "we will see".
- What will you not do?A provider who does everything is a warning. Ask about medical-type treatments and see what they say.
- Can I reach someone directly?A phone number that someone answers, not only a form or a chatbot.
