What to expect
Our hair spa covers shampoo, a deep conditioning mask, a 15 minute scalp massage, steam and a final rinse. The steam step is done properly at home too. Our beautician carries a portable steamer.
For haircuts we cut what will actually work with your face shape and hair texture. If you show us a photo that will not sit the way you expect on your hair, we will say so before we start. It is a far better conversation to have first than afterwards.
Hair colour and global colour are available in ammonia free options, with a separate formula for grey coverage. A strand test before colouring is not optional for us, and we do not skip it to save time.

Before your appointment
- Don't wash your hair the morning of a hair spa — a little natural oil actually helps the scalp massage rather than working against it.
- For colour, mention any previous chemical treatment (keratin, an older colour) so the strand test accounts for it, not just your natural hair.
After your appointment
- Avoid shampoo for 24 to 48 hours after colour or keratin so it has time to set properly.
- Jaipur's hard water is rough on treated hair — a sulphate-free shampoo protects the result longer than a regular one.
