Who we are

Beauty At Home is a home service beauty parlour providing beauty services to women at their homes in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We are the data controller for this website (https://www.beautyathome.in). What information we collect

We collect only what is needed to complete your booking. Nothing more.

• Your name. So the beautician knows who she's meeting and it appears on the booking record.
• Mobile number. To confirm the slot, send WhatsApp confirmation, and call before arriving.
• Area or address. Home service is not possible without an address. We take the full address on WhatsApp only after a booking is confirmed.
• Service and preferred time: so the right beautician and the right supplies are sent.
• Skin or health details (optional) is collected only if you tell us about an allergy or sensitivity yourself. This is used purely for your safety.

What we do NOT collect

• We don't take any payment on the website, so your card or bank details never reach us.
• We don't ask for your Aadhaar, PAN or any government ID.
• We don't request access to your phone's contact list, photos or location.
• We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

How your data is used

• To confirm your booking and send a beautician.
• To contact you before or after the service. E.g. "we're arriving in 15 minutes".
• To choose the right product if you have told us about an allergy or sensitivity.
• Occasionally to ask for feedback, so we can improve the service.

We do not sell your number to anyone, add it to any list, or send promotional messages without your consent. If we ever send an offer, it will include a way to opt out, and we will stop immediately.

Cookies and website analytics

The website itself does not set any tracking cookies to function. However, if we have enabled Google Analytics, Google Ads or the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, those services may set their own cookies. Their only purpose is to tell us how many people visited, which page they looked at, and which ad brought them here: so we don't waste ad spend in the wrong place.

None of these cookies carry your name or number. If you'd rather not be tracked, you can disable third party cookies in your browser settings, or use any ad blocker: the website and booking will still work exactly the same.

Who we share data with

• Your beautician. Only your name, address, phone number and the service booked. Nothing more.
• WhatsApp (Meta). Because that's where booking happens. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies.
• Website hosting and analytics providers are used for technical necessity, under contract.
• When legally required: such as a court or police order.

We do not share your data with anyone beyond this. We do not sell data. We never have, and we never intend to.

How long we keep your data

We keep booking related information for about 2 years, so if you return we remember your preferences and any allergy you've mentioned. After that it is removed. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. We will do so within 7 working days and confirm once it's done.

• The right to ask what data we hold about you.
• The right to have incorrect information corrected.
• The right to have your data deleted.
• The right to opt out of marketing messages.
• The right to complain if you feel we have handled something wrongly.

Data security

The website runs on HTTPS, so information you send is encrypted in transit. Booking details are kept on password locked phones accessible only to our team. No system is ever 100% secure, which is exactly why we collect only what is genuinely necessary: that is the strongest safeguard we can offer.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the "last updated" date above will change. For any significant change, we will post a clear notice on the website. Nothing will be changed without you being able to see it.
