1. What these terms cover

These terms apply to all home service beauty services provided by Beauty At Home (https://www.beautyathome.in). Booking by call, WhatsApp or the website form means you have read and accepted these terms.

2. How a booking is confirmed

• A booking isn't considered confirmed until we confirm it back to you by phone or WhatsApp. Filling in the form alone doesn't reserve the slot.
• The confirmation includes the beautician's name, an approximate arrival time and the estimated total bill.
• Slots are given in the order booked. Evening slots fill up fastest on weekends and through wedding season.

3. Rates and payment

• All rates on the website are in Indian Rupees and include the products and supplies used.
• A few services depend on hair length, body area or the product chosen. These are marked "from". The exact rate is confirmed at the time of booking, and the beautician does not revise it after arriving.
• Payment is due once the service is complete. We accept cash, UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay and Paytm.
• No advance is required for regular bookings. Bridal packages and bookings above ₹5,000 require a 20% advance, because that day is blocked out entirely.
• No visiting charge applies on bookings of ₹799 or more. Below that, a ₹99 travel charge applies. For anywhere outside Jaipur city limits or beyond 25 km, we quote the charge on the call before you commit.

4. What we need from you

• A clean, comfortable space for the service, and a working power point (for the facial steamer or wax heater).
• If a product, ingredient or cosmetic has caused a reaction before, please tell us at the time of booking. This is entirely for your own safety.
• An accurate, complete address, so the beautician doesn't end up lost.
• Respectful conduct toward the beautician. We reserve the right to decline to work in the presence of abuse, inappropriate language, or an unsafe environment, and to stop the service immediately if that happens.

5. Safety and health

• A patch test is always done before bleach and hair colour. If you decline the patch test, we may decline to provide that service.
• We won't perform a service on skin with an open wound, infection, sunburn, rash or any active skin condition. This is for your own protection.
• Please mention pregnancy, diabetes, thyroid conditions, ongoing medication or any recent skin procedure at the time of booking. Some services are not suitable in these cases.
• We do not provide medical or therapeutic treatment. Our massage services are for relaxation only. Please consult your doctor for any medical concern.
• Every skin is different, so results vary. We do not claim any permanent or guaranteed result.

6. Timing

We do our best to be on time. Jaipur traffic occasionally causes delays, and when that happens, we call ahead to let you know. If we run more than 45 minutes late and you would rather not wait, you may cancel the booking at no charge.

Similarly, if no one is available at the agreed time and the phone goes unanswered for 20 minutes, we may cancel the booking. If an advance was paid, it is adjusted against the travel cost in that case.

8. If you are unhappy with the service

Tell us within 48 hours. We will listen to the full complaint first. If the shortfall is on our side, we will redo the service at no extra charge. Where the work cannot be redone by its nature (such as waxing), we offer a fair adjustment or credit. In every case, we try to resolve it through a direct conversation first.

9. Limitation of liability

We carry out our work with full care and professionalism. Even so, no cosmetic product can guarantee that every individual's skin will react the same way. Therefore:

• If you did not disclose an allergy or skin condition at the time of booking and a problem results from it, we are not liable for that outcome.
• In any circumstance, our total liability is capped at the amount paid for that booking.
• We take full care of your belongings during the service. If damage results from our negligence, we will make it right. Just let us know immediately.
• These terms do not reduce any right you already have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Use of photographs

We use before and after or any other photograph on the website or social media only after you give written permission (WhatsApp counts). No photo of you is posted anywhere without that permission. Even after giving permission, you may ask us to remove it at any time. We will do so within 48 hours.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
