To get booked quickly, three details are enough:

- The service you want (e.g. fruit facial + full arms waxing)
- A day and time that works for you
We'll come back with the exact rate, an available slot and the name of the beautician who'll be coming. If it works for you, we confirm. If not, that's fine, we won't chase you.
For bridal packages, group bookings or a complaint, you can also write to: info.beautyathome7@gmail.com. We reply to email within 24 hours. For urgent bookings, phone is faster.

This is our registered address. Since we provide home service, there is no need for clients to visit us: we come to you instead. If you'd like to meet for any other reason, please call ahead to arrange a time.

How quickly we respond
- WhatsApp: usually within 10 minutes, during working hours.
- Phone call: immediately. If we are mid service, we call back within 30 minutes.
- Email: within 24 hours.
- Complaints: acknowledged within 24 hours, resolved within 7 working days.

The bill matches the rate we quoted. Cash, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe or Paytm. No advance for regular bookings.
