What to expect
Our pedicure includes the tub, a warm soak, cuticle cleaning, nail cutting and filing, scrubbing, callus removal and a massage. If the cracking is deep we suggest a separate heel treatment, where a foot file is used along with a healing balm. We will not claim it clears in one sitting, because it does not. It takes two or three. What you will notice after the first sitting is that walking stops hurting.
The tub is lined with a fresh disposable liner every time. Nail cutters and pushers arrive in a sanitised sealed pouch and are opened in front of you.

Before your appointment
- Remove old nail polish before the appointment if you want a specific new shade — colour does not sit evenly over old polish.
- If cracked heels are the main concern, say so when booking so the beautician brings the heel balm rather than the standard pedicure kit.
After your appointment
- Give polish at least 20 to 30 minutes to fully dry before socks or closed shoes — it looks dry on the surface well before it actually is.
- Moisturise heels daily, not only after a pedicure. Deep cracks do not stay fixed from a single sitting.

Will my cracked heels actually improve in one sitting?
Some, but not fully if the cracking is deep. One sitting removes the hardened skin and stops it hurting to walk, which most people notice immediately. Getting the skin fully smooth again usually takes two or three sittings with a foot file and healing balm between them — we will tell you honestly which stage you're at rather than promise a one-visit fix.
Do you bring everything needed for manicure & pedicure?
Yes. The beautician arrives with the products, towels and all equipment required. You only need to provide a comfortable space and one power point. Kits are branded and are unsealed in front of you.
