The point of a trial is simple: find out on a quiet afternoon that something is wrong, not at 6 in the morning on your wedding day. Yet many brides book one and then sit through it without decisions, and end up with the same uncertainty as before.
When to book it
Book the trial at least 10 to 15 days before the wedding. That leaves time to change direction if the look is wrong, and to recover if your skin reacts to something. Booking it the week before leaves no room to fix anything.
It costs ₹1,499 and takes about 90 minutes. If you take the ₹11,999 bridal package, the trial is included at no extra charge.
What to bring
- Two or three reference photos. Note what you like in each: the eyes, the lip colour, the finish. Not just 'this look'.
- Your outfit colour. A photo or a fabric swatch of the lehenga or saree. Lip and eye colour depend on it.
- Your jewellery. Or a photo of it. Heavy necklines and earrings change how much makeup you need.
- Any skin history. Allergies, sensitivity, a recent reaction. Tell the artist before, not after.
- Clean, moisturised skin. Start from the skin you will have on the day.
How to use the 90 minutes
- Agree the direction firstNatural, classic or full glam. Decide before anything is applied.
- Check it in daylightWalk to a window. Indoor light hides what the camera and the mandap will show.
- Take photographsWith and without flash. We photograph the trial so the wedding day has a reference.
- Wear it for a whileIf you can, keep it on for a few hours and watch how it wears. That is the real test.
- Decide the changes, in writingLip colour, eye intensity, base. Note them so nothing is lost by the wedding morning.
What the trial cannot do
A trial cannot predict how your skin behaves on the day: stress, sleep and a full function change it. It also cannot fix skin that has been neglected. That is what the facials in the weeks before are for, covered in our bridal beauty timeline.
Send us your outfit colour and reference looks when you book the trial, and we will plan the 90 minutes around them.

₹1,499 for about 90 minutes, and it is included free in the ₹11,999 bridal package.
When should I do the trial?

What should I bring to the trial?
Reference photos, your outfit colour, your jewellery or a photo of it, and any skin allergy history.
Is the trial photographed?
