• How do I book a home beauty parlour service in Jaipur?

  Two ways. Call us directly, or send a WhatsApp message. In the message just mention your area, the service you want, and the day and time that suits you. We confirm the rate and an available slot within about 10 minutes. There is no app to download and no long form to fill in.

• Can I get a same day appointment?

  Usually yes, especially between 11 AM and 5 PM. Evening and weekend slots fill up quickly, and so does the entire wedding season from November to February, so a day’s notice helps. For bridal bookings please contact us at least 15 days ahead so there is time for a trial.

• Is there an extra charge for home service?

  Within Jaipur city limits, covering Vaishali Nagar, Mansarovar, Malviya Nagar, Jagatpura, Raja Park, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jhotwara, Tonk Road, Ajmer Road, Sanganer and the surrounding areas, there is no visiting charge on bookings of ₹799 and above. Below that a ₹99 travel charge applies. For anything beyond 25 km we tell you on the call, before you book, never afterwards.

• Do you bring the products or do I need to arrange anything?

  We bring everything: products, towels, wax heater, steamer, tub and tools. All you need to provide is a comfortable space and one power point.

• What hygiene precautions do you follow?

  Waxing strips and spatulas are new for every client, and we never double dip, so a spatula that has touched your skin does not go back into the wax pot. Pedicure tubs get a fresh disposable liner. Nail tools arrive in a sealed pouch and are opened in front of you. Makeup brushes are sanitised after every client and sponges are new every time. Facial kits are unsealed in front of you.

• Will a female beautician come?

  Yes. Our entire team is female. That is obviously essential for services like body massage and polishing, but it applies to every service we offer. We also tell you the name of the beautician when we confirm your booking, so you know who to expect at the door.

• How does payment work? Do I need to pay in advance?

  Payment is after the service is finished. Cash, UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay and Paytm all work. There is no advance for regular services. We take a 20% advance only for bridal packages and bookings above ₹5,000, because those block out the whole day.

• What if I need to cancel?

  Tell us up to 2 hours before your slot and there is no charge at all. For bridal bookings with an advance, cancelling 7 or more days ahead is a full refund, between 3 and 7 days is 50%, and within 72 hours the advance is not refundable because that day can no longer be given to anyone else.

• How long does each service take?

  Threading takes 10 minutes, a cleanup 35 minutes, facials between 50 and 75 minutes, a manicure and pedicure combo about 75 minutes, full body waxing 75 to 90 minutes, and bridal makeup around 3 hours. The price list shows an approximate time next to every service so you can plan your day.

• Do you work on sensitive skin?

  Yes, but carefully. Tell us at the time of booking what has caused a reaction before. We always patch test before bleach and hair colour, even when a client says it is unnecessary. For waxing we recommend Rica wax because it grips the skin less. And if we believe a service is genuinely wrong for your skin, we will say no to it rather than take the money.

• How are your rates lower than a salon?

  Because we do not pay shop rent, a large air conditioning bill or reception staff. That saving is passed straight on to you. The products are branded and the same ones good salons use. The rate is lower, the quality is not.

• Which areas of Jaipur do you cover?

  All of Jaipur, including Vaishali Nagar, Mansarovar, Malviya Nagar, C Scheme, Jagatpura, Raja Park, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Bani Park, Civil Lines, Jhotwara, Sodala, Tonk Road, Ajmer Road, Sanganer, Sitapura, Pratap Nagar, Shyam Nagar, Nirman Nagar, Gopalpura, Durgapura, Murlipura, Sikar Road, Khatipura, Panchyawala, Kalwar Road and Niwaru Road. If your area is not on the list, call anyway. We cover a radius of about 25 km.

• Can more than one person book in the same appointment?

  Absolutely, and it is one of our most common bookings. A mother, daughter and sister in law together. In that case we send more than one beautician so everyone is done at the same time. Group bookings also get an additional discount, so ask when you call.

• How experienced are the beauticians?

  Our lead beautician is certified with 14 years of experience. Every person on the team has at least 3 years of salon experience behind her, and works independently only after training with us first. We never send someone new on their own.
